Website Development Services: Any website development project valued at over $1,000 requires a written contract outlining the payment terms and conditions for the work performed by DesignCosmics LLC.
Revisions: For projects valued at $1,000 or less, we offer up to 3 revisions on mockups. Clients must respond within 5 business days upon receipt of each revision. If a client fails to respond within this period, DesignCosmics LLC reserves the right to charge an additional fee for further alterations.
Revisions: Clients will receive revisions on logo designs as per the package purchased. The client must provide timely feedback within 3 business days of receiving each design. If feedback is delayed, additional charges may apply for further revisions.
Content & Revisions: We offer original content and revisions based on the package purchased. The number of revisions and the number of blogs are determined by the package. Clients must respond within 3 business days for each revision. Failure to provide timely feedback will result in additional charges for further revisions.
Upon final approval of artwork, designs, or websites and upon final payment, DesignCosmics LLC will transfer full ownership of the deliverables to the client. DesignCosmics LLC retains the right to use the work for project related communications, including portfolio display, but will not resell the work unless explicitly authorized by the client.
DesignCosmics LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. By continuing to use this site, you agree to be bound by the most current version of these Terms and Conditions.
The client retains full ownership of logos, drafts, and all related materials once the project is completed. DesignCosmics LLC reserves the right to use the logos solely for project related communications, including as part of our portfolio, and will not resell them unless the client provides explicit authorization.
We maintain a record of finalized designs for 6 months. If you need your final files within this period, we can send them at your request. After 6 months, files may be permanently deleted.
DesignCosmics LLC will only be liable for correspondence from email addresses under our domain (@designcosmics.com) and through toll-free numbers listed on our website. We are not responsible for any damages caused by correspondence from other email addresses or phone numbers.

DesignCosmics LLC adheres to a fair and transparent billing process. In the event of an unjustified payment dispute initiated by the client’s bank, we reserve the right to send a notice to reverse the action within 24 hours. The company may immediately terminate the contract and cease services. All outstanding payments will become due immediately, and the client will be liable for any additional fees resulting from the dispute.
Upon completion of each service provided by DesignCosmics LLC, the client must sign a User Agreement Form to confirm the acceptance of the completed work according to the agreed specifications. Failure to sign the form within the specified timeframe may result in project delays and delayed delivery of final materials.
